This product is used in potato dextrose agar/broth at a concentration of 4 g/L, however the end concentration for the specific application of this product should be determined by the user.
    The major part of this extract is composed of carbohydrates. It is also rich in proteins and peptides and natural minerals. It is recommended to be used in Potato Glucose Agar for the detection and enumeration of yeasts and molds.
