6 bands, Ready To Use, 100 Loadings
This ladder consists of 6 prestained double-stainded DNA bands at exactly 100bp, 250bp, 500bp, 750bp, 1000bp and 2000bp. All bands (except 750bp) are supplied at 50ng/5uL. The 750bp band is supplied at triple the concentration, 150ng/5uL, to provide an easy marker for band identification.
Suggested conc. of agrose gel: 1.0% - 2.0%
Suggested working voltage: 4-10v/cm
Suggested buffer for electrophoresis: 1×TAE or 0.5×TBE Buffer
Use 5 uL of working solution per loading.
The working solution may be stored at 4℃ for a few weeks. For long term storage, store at -20℃. Thaw the working solution at 37℃ completely and vortex gently before use.
